- We had an amazinggggg time in cancun! Thank you so much for all your help. We had such a good time were planning on taking another trip together in August or next year sometime...can you help us? The hotel was great, everyone was really helpful! All-inclusive is definitely the way to go. When heading back to the airport, we were a little delayed, but other than that everything went great. - Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality.
