- Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also. - I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted. - Hello Breaknow! I got back from a wonderful vacation in Punta Cana where I stayed with a group of my college friends at the Barcelo Beach Resort. We had a truly awesome time and enjoyed the nightly entertainment. A hidden gem was the casino! Thanks for a great Spring Break! - Melissa (Harvard)

- I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well.
