Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. As a parent I would like to respond. I was a little leary to use your website at first because my friend told me to stay away from the college sites because of horror stories she heard. From December to March whenever I contacted BREAKNOW either via e-mail or phone you almost always responded immediately. You answered every question I had and step by step led me through the process. The trip went great really can't complain. Florida is a heck of a lot nicer than New Hampshire this time of year. But, it was a lot of fun. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating which included a DJ at the pool which was a nice touch. The nightlife was fun and lively, and many options, so I fell that Daytona is still a great spot for spring break. Overall had a lot of fun, was worth the money, and BreakNow would be a company I would consider using again in the future. Thanks, - Nick (Southern New Hampshire Univ)
Thank You! Everything worked out perfectly and we had a great time in Punta Cana. The hotel was really nice and there were activities to do almost all the time. There were a bunch of restaurants at the resort and getting reservations was not a problem. Also, signing up for activities was pretty easy and we ended up zip lining for a day. I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted.
