- Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had an awesome time in Puerto Plata and wish we were still there! - Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great.
