- Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. - Cabo was amazing! The Cabo Melia Real hotel was fantastic!! The room was clean, the food and drinks were great and the hotel staff was kind and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel property was gorgeous. We had breathtaking views of the beach, and we also saw whales from afar on a daily basis. We were able to find your transportation to the property from the airport. And considering you were a few hundred dollars cheaper than your competition....our vacation was that much more fantastic!! - We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan!
