- I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - Thank You! Everything worked out perfectly and we had a great time in Punta Cana. The hotel was really nice and there were activities to do almost all the time. There were a bunch of restaurants at the resort and getting reservations was not a problem. Also, signing up for activities was pretty easy and we ended up zip lining for a day.
