We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan! Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had an awesome time in Puerto Plata and wish we were still there! Everything at the airport both going down there and coming home ran smoothly and we even enjoyed the luxury of being upgraded to first class on the way home :) !!! Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country.
