- My friends & I just got back from the Cancun. Breaknow truly was amazing, always there to answer any questions. They had great prices with non stop flights. The transportation company was there to pick us up when we got out of the airport. We stayed at the KRYSTAL which was absolutely beautiful. - I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well.
