- We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan! - Thank you so much, my friends & I had a great time in Cancun. I really don't have any complaints or criticism with your booking, transfer or Oasis hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the quick commute from the airport, enjoyed the beach, food, drinks, & music. All we could ask for! Last year we booked with another company for the same resort, and only got to eat at 1 of the restaurants & a handful of bars even though it was "all inclusive," thankfully with you guys we were able to eat or drink anywhere for a lower price! - I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country.
