- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also.
