- The trip went great really can't complain. Florida is a heck of a lot nicer than New Hampshire this time of year. But, it was a lot of fun. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating which included a DJ at the pool which was a nice touch. The nightlife was fun and lively, and many options, so I fell that Daytona is still a great spot for spring break. - Just came back from Punta Cana. Everything went perfectly! We were picked up on time from the airport, we were given our rooms quickly, everyone was super nice & there were many excursions available that we took advantage of. - I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well. - This was undoubtedly the best Spring Break trip ever! From your staff down to the resort groundskeepers everyone exceeded our expectations. Punta Cana was absolutely amazing. - I wanted to let you know how pleased all of us were with our experience! We LOVED our trip to Cancun! The Oasis was fantastic, everything went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the logistics of the tour and communication. Everyone down there went out of their ways to accommodate us despite the language barriers.
