- Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well. - Breaknow was an awesome company to book spring break through. Our individual agent Carol was very quick to respond to all of our emails and phone calls and questions throughout the entire process. They booked the flight and the transportation to and from the airport and made it so easy for us, especially that we could pay in installments.
