- This was undoubtedly the best Spring Break trip ever! From your staff down to the resort groundskeepers everyone exceeded our expectations. Punta Cana was absolutely amazing. - I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted. - Breaknow was an awesome company to book spring break through. Our individual agent Carol was very quick to respond to all of our emails and phone calls and questions throughout the entire process.
