- Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had an awesome time in Puerto Plata and wish we were still there! Everything at the airport both going down there and coming home ran smoothly and we even enjoyed the luxury of being upgraded to first class on the way home :) !!! - We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan! - All I can say is I'm so sad to be back! Thank you so much for all your help because it was outstanding! Armando, your onsite rep, was very helpful and readily available. - Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also.
