- I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - Thank you so much, my friends & I had a great time in Cancun. I really don't have any complaints or criticism with your booking, transfer or Oasis hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the quick commute from the airport, enjoyed the beach, food, drinks, & music. All we could ask for! Last year we booked with another company for the same resort, and only got to eat at 1 of the restaurants & a handful of bars even though it was "all inclusive," thankfully with you guys we were able to eat or drink anywhere for a lower price! - As a parent I would like to respond. I was a little leary to use your website at first because my friend told me to stay away from the college sites because of horror stories she heard. From December to March whenever I contacted BREAKNOW either via e-mail or phone you almost always responded immediately. You answered every question I had and step by step led me through the process. - Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had an awesome time in Puerto Plata and wish we were still there!
