- Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. - Cabo was amazing! The Cabo Melia Real hotel was fantastic!! The room was clean, the food and drinks were great and the hotel staff was kind and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel property was gorgeous. We had breathtaking views of the beach, and we also saw whales from afar on a daily basis. We were able to find your transportation to the property from the airport. And considering you were a few hundred dollars cheaper than your competition....our vacation was that much more fantastic!! - We had a great time on our vacation!! Everyone was very helpful and nothing but nice to us. Everything was better than we imagined and we were happy with our flights, hotel and the people in Jamaica who were very helpful. We spent most of our time on the resort, which was absolutely beautiful. We did go to Dunns River Falls 1 day. The reps were happy to help us with the planning and with the exception of a temperamental bus, the trip went very well :) Thank you so much for helping us plan! - Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality. - We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well.
