- Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. - I wanted to let you know how pleased all of us were with our experience! We LOVED our trip to Cancun! The Oasis was fantastic, everything went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the logistics of the tour and communication. Everyone down there went out of their ways to accommodate us despite the language barriers. - We just got back from Jamaica last night. Once again, we had an amazing time! The RIU in Negril was awesome. The rooms nice, the entertainment good, & the beach awesome. We loved the hotel, thanks for recommending it! We took a cruise to Rick's Cafe. We didn't jump but we definitely want to go back so we can hangout there. We were asked to go to the Jungle, but we didn't, even though you recommended it. We're already planning our next vacation with you, lol. Thanks again, - Lauren (CW Post University)
- Al, not sure you remember me, but you helped us plan spring break last year to Punta Cana. We had such a great time, we want you to help us with our upcoming spring break. We were thinking either Cabo or Puerto Vallarta, but we are potentially open to other options if they provide the right atmosphere. - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through.
