- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Just came back from Punta Cana. Everything went perfectly! We were picked up on time from the airport, we were given our rooms quickly, everyone was super nice & there were many excursions available that we took advantage of.
