- As a parent I would like to respond. I was a little leary to use your website at first because my friend told me to stay away from the college sites because of horror stories she heard. From December to March whenever I contacted BREAKNOW either via e-mail or phone you almost always responded immediately. You answered every question I had and step by step led me through the process. - Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also.
