- Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime! - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Al, not sure you remember me, but you helped us plan spring break last year to Punta Cana. We had such a great time, we want you to help us with our upcoming spring break. We were thinking either Cabo or Puerto Vallarta, but we are potentially open to other options if they provide the right atmosphere. - Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also.
