- We had a GREAT trip, so thank you for everything! I actually don't think it could have gone any smoother. Upon arrival in the DR, getting our bus to the hotel was a breeze- your company did a great job. The hotel was fantastic- rooms were clean and really nice, pool was great, the beach-where we spent most of our days-was perfect too. The food was eh, but we made it work. Returning to the airport was not a problem either. Honestly, I can't come up with any critiques. Epicurean Tours was great- you were always available to answer my annoying questions, and the vouchers and travel packet was organized well. - Everything for the Harvard group in Punta Cana went great! We were very happy with the quality of the resort and had an awesome time. - Breaknow was an awesome company to book spring break through. Our individual agent Carol was very quick to respond to all of our emails and phone calls and questions throughout the entire process.
