- I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted. - Epicurean was very expedient in accommodating my travel plans for spring break. They responded to emails within the hour and were always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with the pickup in Cancun, they were very understanding and were able to work with me to get a refund. The hotel itself and the inclusive package were both great quality. - My friends & I just got back from the Cancun. Breaknow truly was amazing, always there to answer any questions. They had great prices with non stop flights. The transportation company was there to pick us up when we got out of the airport. We stayed at the KRYSTAL which was absolutely beautiful. - I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - Thank you so much for all you did for us! We had an awesome time in Puerto Plata and wish we were still there!
