- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. As far as the hotel they got bumped to...we should have stayed with our 1st choice! But again, thanks for great customer service. - Brian (Boston College)
- Overall the trip went extremely well. We didn’t have any problems with the airline, the transportation to and from the hotel, and checking into the hotel. The only thing I can think to comment on is that our 4 hotel rooms were spread out pretty far from each other and it would have been nice to have them all together or on the same floor. - Thank you so much, my friends & I had a great time in Cancun. I really don't have any complaints or criticism with your booking, transfer or Oasis hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the quick commute from the airport, enjoyed the beach, food, drinks, & music. All we could ask for! Last year we booked with another company for the same resort, and only got to eat at 1 of the restaurants & a handful of bars even though it was "all inclusive," thankfully with you guys we were able to eat or drink anywhere for a lower price! - I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted.
