- I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. It felt really good to know she wasn't just an agent who booked us and then forgot about us down there. This company really cares about the happiness of their customers! - Mary (Univ New Hampshire)
- Thanks again for all your help. My fraternity brothers had a great trip, you made me look good! We had no trouble with any of the flights or airlines. The transfers were fantastic. You had a big bus waiting for us when we got there to take our entire group to the hotel at the same time, & they got us back on time for our return flight. The hotel was great also. - Thank you so much, my friends & I had a great time in Cancun. I really don't have any complaints or criticism with your booking, transfer or Oasis hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the quick commute from the airport, enjoyed the beach, food, drinks, & music. All we could ask for! Last year we booked with another company for the same resort, and only got to eat at 1 of the restaurants & a handful of bars even though it was "all inclusive," thankfully with you guys we were able to eat or drink anywhere for a lower price! - The trip went great really can't complain. Florida is a heck of a lot nicer than New Hampshire this time of year. But, it was a lot of fun. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating which included a DJ at the pool which was a nice touch. The nightlife was fun and lively, and many options, so I fell that Daytona is still a great spot for spring break. Overall had a lot of fun, was worth the money, and BreakNow would be a company I would consider using again in the future. Thanks, - Nick (Southern New Hampshire Univ)
- Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. Otherwise, like I said, I really enjoyed myself at the pool and at the beach. I'm glad I went. Thank you for all your help in arranging the trip! - Sarah (Syracuse Univ)
