- I will absolutely go through BreakNow again! My group went to Punta Cana (Barcelo) and we booked in August. Even though we waited so many months, it was everything we had dreamed of! Tracey made sure to answer every question we had thoroughly and within an impressive amount of time (many of times I would e-mail questions at night or on weekends and would hear back almost immediately, which we found to be very accommodating and reassuring). After an incident occurred (unrelated to BreakNow), Tracey took it upon herself to make sure we knew she was able to help us even if she was not in the same country. - Thank you so much, my friends & I had a great time in Cancun. I really don't have any complaints or criticism with your booking, transfer or Oasis hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the quick commute from the airport, enjoyed the beach, food, drinks, & music. All we could ask for! Last year we booked with another company for the same resort, and only got to eat at 1 of the restaurants & a handful of bars even though it was "all inclusive," thankfully with you guys we were able to eat or drink anywhere for a lower price! - Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime! - Thanks for the welcome Home email. As far as customer service goes, I would say you did a wonderful job. You were always ready for our questions and concerns and even moved our hotel to make sure we were closer to a large student body that was bumped from the company they went through. - Cabo was amazing! The Cabo Melia Real hotel was fantastic!! The room was clean, the food and drinks were great and the hotel staff was kind and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel property was gorgeous. We had breathtaking views of the beach, and we also saw whales from afar on a daily basis. We were able to find your transportation to the property from the airport. And considering you were a few hundred dollars cheaper than your competition....our vacation was that much more fantastic!!
