- Breaknow was an awesome company to book spring break through. Our individual agent Carol was very quick to respond to all of our emails and phone calls and questions throughout the entire process. They booked the flight and the transportation to and from the airport and made it so easy for us, especially that we could pay in installments. - Overall, I really enjoyed the trip to Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. The food was the only thing that could have been better, but I realize you don't have any control over that. The restaurants were pretty good; the buffet was not so great. - Our group had an amazing time on vacation & everything was very well organized. The Hotel desk staff was not the most helpful, but all other resort staff for the most part were good, especially servers. Food was not what I was expecting, but the drinks were actually better than expected. Our two onsite reps were extremely kind & helpful. They booked club packages & stayed with us to make sure everyone was safely in. We had a lot of fun! The perfect place to spend senior year spring break. We were extremely pleased with the vacation & I will take from it memories for a lifetime! - I was very happy with the service you provided us, and I would certainly recommend you/use you in the future. As far as the air everything went without a hitch. Krystal Resort was a perfect location...food was ok, but lively entertainment. Transfer services was great the rep who brought us to our hotel was friendly and outgoing, and the one who brought us back was gracefully silent as we were all exhausted.
